Here's a tentative look at our team T-shirt designs. Hopefully we'll have some in by next week. We plan on selling them on a sliding scale of $15-20. Things have been taking off at Korma Police HQ. We have an interview with an esteemed Indian interest magazine in the works as well as receiving gifts from sponsors. Our donation goals are slowly creeping up, so thanks to all of you who've already supported us! We've also heard word from the Adventurists on rickshaw pimping, so instead of occupying ourselves with trivial matters like preparing for graduation and applying for jobs/med school, we'll be working tirelessly on turning our rickshaw into a badass.
So after planning out a tentative route for our trip, we just received notice from the Adventurists that there will be only one way to exit Nepal into India, and that is through the city of Nepalgunj, conveniently located about 150 miles West of where we originally planned to exit from. Apparently auto-rickshaws aren't even allowed in Nepal and we'll be driving 200 odd miles illegally, which means we'll get to experience crooked cops requesting bribes in not one country, but two! But we figure, what's a better way to start off an adventure than by heading off into the sunset in the complete opposite direction to that of the finish line!
